Alice really wanted to go to Robbers Cave for her birthday, so we got up bright and early and after opening presents with Jay before work, we hit the road!

Alice decorated her own cupcakes. We ate them first thing because I knew they would be a disgusting melted mess if we waited!
I told her that if she wanted to make this trip instead of a regular party it would be small because there aren't a lot of people I would ask to drive two hours in crazy heat for a birthday. Thankfully we have some awesome friends!
After the cupcakes we hiked!

They had a great time swimming to the dock and jumping off.
It was such a great day! We were worn out when we got home, but it was worth it!
