Jack enjoyed going to storytime with Ms. Susan again.
Alice was more interested in the carpet squares than the stories. She is a different bird than her brother.
Afterward, we headed to the splash pad, where Alice took off on her own to play.
Again, a completely different bird from Jack at this age.
I wouldn't trade either one of them, though!
When we were done splashing, it was on to the park.
That evening we went to dinner in Bricktown. You can't really tell in this picture, but it was raining like crazy. We were going to take a ride in one of the boats, but we'll have to try that next time.
We waited out the rain (sort of) at another yogurt place. We eat a lot of yogurt lately. (My mom and dad were there for the day since my dad had a class in town.)
Isn't it amazing how two kids who are related can be so different? Just imagine my surprise that I had girls who were so different from each other. And the second one is always so much more independent.
