*1/2 cup sugar
*1 cup whipping cream
*1 cup cold milk
*egg substitute equivalent to one egg
*1/2 tsp. vanilla
Add all ingredients together in a quart-sized freezer bag. Seal the top and knead to mix the ingredients. Place in a gallon-sized freezer bag along with rock salt and ice; seal bag. Take turns shaking the bag until the ice cream hardens.
