The Medieval Fair

Yesterday morning we headed out for the Medieval Fair in Norman, something we've done for quite a while now.

This is always the very first thing the kids want to do.

And it still always terrifies me to see them flying through the air.

 Watching the horses!

We watched to see how they stamp leather.

And then they got to try it themselves!

 Their finished necklaces!

They also always love the animals in the petting zoo.

I remember when they were small enough that I had to ride this with them!

 Our yearly funnel cake!

This actually ended up going much better than I thought it would.  They got to do it for a long time since no one else was in line and they laughed the entire time!

We were worn out by the time we left, but we still had more fun to come!
