The Flat Knight: Adventure 1

We have been learning about knights and castles lately, and Jack made his own Flat Knight, Sir Bluey, a la Flat Stanley. Sir Bluey's first stop was Kuwait, where he ran into a little trouble. Here is the email we got about his adventure:

The Flat Knight fell between the armor plating of the Humvee and wounded his arm. Fortunately it was just a flesh wound. Despite his injury he still had his picture taken with the offending vehicle.

He then rode a camel to the smithy, where some new armor was made. His new gauntlet is a little darker than the old one, but just as strong.

After that the Flat Knight was awarded a purple heart by the president!

Sir Bluey should be on his way to Brooklyn by the end of the week, so stay tuned for more adventures!
